ProtoCall is headquartered in the heart of Portland, OR. The 10,000 square foot facility is carefully designed to accommodate physical growth as well as increased quality by addressing improvements in technology, functionality, amenities and appearance. In response to the success and increasing needs of our customers, the call center allows for more than 50% growth in the years to come. The facility also includes new, state-of-the-art furniture systems, upgraded lighting, sound masking devices, and numerous ergonomic features.
In 2008, we opened a second call center in Grandville, MI in order to respond to growth, develop redundancy and increase staffing flexibility. The new facility was launched with 10 licensed clinicians and continues to grow.
